Shipping policy

The Sorelll team does everything possible to process and ship your order as quickly and carefully as possible.


1. PROCESSING TIME

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been received. During busy periods such as public holidays or sales, this may take a little longer. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.


2. DELIVERY TIME

After processing, the average delivery time is:

Netherlands & Belgium Europe International

1–3 business days after shipping

3–7 business days after shipping 5–14 business days after shipping

Delivery times are indicative and may vary due to external factors such as carriers, customs or weather conditions. We cannot guarantee exact delivery dates.


3. SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the weight of the order. Any promotions such as free shipping will be clearly indicated on our website.


4. SHIPPING PARTNERS

We work with reliable shipping partners to deliver your order safely. Depending on your location, shipping may be handled by bpost, DHL, DPD or another recognized carrier.


5. TRACK & TRACE

After shipping, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking code that allows you to follow your order in real time. Please note that it may take up to 24 hours before the tracking information becomes available.


6. DELIVERY TO A COLLECTION POINT

If no one is present at the delivery address, the carrier may choose to deliver the package to a nearby collection point. You will receive a notification by email or a note in your mailbox. Packages that are not collected in time at a collection point will be returned to us. In that case we will contact you, but the reshipping costs are at the customer's expense.


7. INCORRECT ADDRESS DETAILS

Please check your address details carefully before placing your order. We are not responsible for lost or delayed packages as a result of incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer. Any additional costs for reshipping will in that case be at the customer's expense.


8. CUSTOMS AND IMPORT DUTIES

For orders outside the European Union, customs fees or import duties may apply. These costs are entirely at the customer's expense and are determined by the customs authorities of the destination country. We have no control over this and cannot estimate these costs in advance.


9. ORDER NOT RECEIVED

Have you not received your order within the expected delivery time? First check your tracking code for the latest status. Then contact us at support@sorelll.com with your order number. We will help you as quickly as possible.


10. DAMAGED PACKAGE UPON DELIVERY

Have you received a damaged package? Accept the package but immediately take photos of the damage to both the packaging and the contents. Contact us within 48 hours at support@sorelll.com. We will work together to find an appropriate solution.
