How much can a Sorelll bag hold?

The Sorelll bag has a spacious and practical size of 34 × 13 × 34 cm, allowing you to effortlessly carry all your essential items. Think of your wallet, phone, keys, make-up, and even larger items like a tablet or a small laptop.

Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship to?

We currently ship to most countries in Europe and several international destinations. At checkout, you will see the available shipping options based on your location.

When will I receive my order?

Shipping times vary per country. Please view our Shipping Policy for delivery times.
How do I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email. You can also track your package at any time on our Tracking page using your tracking number or order number. If the tracking isn't updated right away, don't worry. It may take 24 to 48 hours to activate after shipment.
How much is shipping?

Your shipping costs will be calculated at checkout. All orders over 70 euros are free of shipping costs.

What should I do if my package goes missing in transit?

Should your product go missing during transit, do not hesitate to contact us at support@sorell.com. Rest assured, we are committed to addressing the situation promptly and ensuring a swift resolution for you. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we'll work diligently to resolve any issues that may arise during shipping!

Orders & Returns

Can I change or cancel my order?

Due to our rapid order processing, we cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations can be made once an order has been processed. For the fastest processing and shipping times, the shipping process begins immediately after your order is placed. Once the shipping confirmation with tracking information has been sent, no more changes can be made. Please contact our customer service team via support@sorelll.com, and we will try to accommodate your request.

How do I return my order?

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at  support@sorelll.com within 14 days of delivery. We will guide you through the process.

What should I do if I have received a defective product?

We kindly ask you to inspect your order carefully upon receipt. If you discover defects, damage, or if you happen to receive an incorrect item, please contact us. Your satisfaction remains our top priority, and we are happy to offer you the best possible solution.
When will I get my money back?

Your refund will be processed as soon as we have received your return shipment.

Once the returned items have been received, processing your return request can take up to 7 business days.
